“The sofware and key would not be accepted by Microsoft and when contacting software geeks to help no one was available to help. The matte was eventually resolved thanks to the help of Microsoft customer service team. 5 stars to Microsoft and the fact I could download the software from your site I have given you 2 stars. Your support services though would get no stars as they were not there for me”

“I purchased Windows 7 upgrade at a very good price. This was a great price for an authentic product, and it was delivered quickly. Free support that was included was nothing special. Email responding was slow and online chat support offline most of time (when it was online and I submitted query, it went offline instantly). I was having installation troubles which they weren't able to help me solve. In the end I solved it myself, and it was simply a missing detail that could have been included in their Installation instructions.”

“I have to be honest and say, that, at first I had a few woes with activating my windows 10 pro, but I must say after contacting software geeks 3times replying to my emails, they corrected these issues for me. The staff&the services are outstanding I would highly recommend their products, I now have a fully working Windows 10 pro, bought at the fraction of the price what it costs on the high street. A very happy buyer.”

“Lost my windows code due to a SSD upgrade (thanks Microsoft), after putting up with the 'Activate Windows now' msg for months I purchased a new code from Software Geeks. Once purchased code was provided immediately, copy and pasted it into the Windows activation box and job done. Worked first time no problems. 10/10 service.”

“I was a little worried that the seller may not be genuine, and took a gamble, and I am so pleased I did! cant believe how cheap a windows produck key is! I rebuilt my PC -new Mobo CPU- HDDs and SSD, and Windows refused to reactivate, grrr...could not be bothered with trying to deal with Microsoft who wanted to take remote control of my PC...NO.....just NO...scammers are to prolific and this is their favourite way of scamming people. Bought a product key here and it works ! Perfect! Thank you :)”
