“Purchased three licences for Windows 10 Pro, delivery was instant. Slightly confusing as the activation code was the same for all three licences however each installation has been activated OK so the codes appear to be fine. Recommended.”

“I have ordered Windows 10 Professional and Office 2016 from Software Geeks. In both cases, the transactions went through without any problems. As soon as the payment was completed, the key is supplied along with the relevant download links and installation instructions. Both keys activated without any issues using the normal internet activation process”

“A great experience from SW Geeks! Code delivered promptly and software installed and working within minutes. Some faff with MS activation process due to previous Office365 install but this isn't a specific code issue but the way the activation process assumes the world is wedded to subscriptions. Thanks SW Geeks for rescuing me at a reasonable price!”

“I have purchased software on many occasions and have always been extremely happy with the service. On the rare occasions I have needed to contact the support team, the response has been quick and resolved any problems. If you need an Operating System or Office software, you need not look anywhere else.”

“What would have been a perfect transaction was spoilt by poor customer care. I did not like the attitude of the person that dealt with me however he did apologise. The instructions on page 11 was not clear. I used the the activation code there instead of the one emailed to me. I got there in the end. Would use again though.”
