Very difficult to contact once you've paid! The usual excuses - "we're experiencing a high volume of calls" - "we're in the process of changing our telephone provider". Live chat is "OFF LINE" whatever that means!! And an e-mail produces the predictable response - "it's all in the instructions!" If you are tempted to buy from software geeks, do so during working hours early in the week and be sure their phone lines are working before you start.

Hi Martin, We don't understand why you have left a negative review. We did not simply refer you to the instructions. We provided you with the correct help which you even emailed back to say that you had successfully installed your product. We have replied to your last email of 17;51 today. Unfortunately this did not work for me. I tried following instructions but various error codes came up. I admit I am not a computer expert and lack of knowledge may be responsible for me now having a totally unworkable computer now. Sure this could work but you need to be extremely careful.

The payment and delivery to email were spot on. A day or so later when I go to use both software keys, I was presented with they are not valid for this version of office. I quickly downloaded the office from the provided link, the install size was no different and the version was actually the same. I installed 1 on the 1st pc, this all went fine and activated. I then installed the 2nd purchase of the same office, this came back with this key has been activated to many times, leading me to believe the key was over sold or not genuine. I rang Microsoft who sorted the issue, but the experience still left a bad taste, A brand new key should not have been activated too many times, I paid for 2 keys, both should have worked flawlessly but one had issue. IF it is being used on any other pc's, it will quickly become not activated, the key is a one shot use, not multiple use.

I would not have bought the product had I known that I needed further discs ect. I then asked for my money back please and to date have been ignored. I am now seeking legal redress. All this could have been avoided if someone had simply refunded me the moment I asked.

For now I'm putting a poor simply because after I finished downloading the next day when I was on my PC a message came up saying that the product key was unavailable, so I thought it must be mistaken some how so I entered the same key again incase I may of accidently typed it wrong, so I carried on playing and it was fine, I went back on it yesterday (6th March) and it popped up again I haven't be able to reply since now because I've been in work, can you please help me with this or may I have a full refund thank you, I will change my opinion when this matter is sorted

Bought a Windows 7 license key, turns out it is invalid, thought that with all the great feedback (which I checked before buying) that the problem would be solved quickly and painlessly. Been trying to contact Softwaregeeks all day and no response. Have emailed three times, sent two chat messages and tracked down their phone number only to get a message saying they are changing their phone system! Afraid it does not look good at the moment as Microsoft are telling me that the code is invalid and asking me all sorts of questions that does not fill me with confidence that I have received a value for money product. And, the lack of a response from Softwaregeeks makes me wonder if I have a genuine product or not. Right now my faith could be restored by Softwaregeeks standing up quickly to their support promises on their website and providing a valid code.

2 out of 5 for service. Word of warning which is not made clear on the web site.... If you order software to download in error there is no refund even if you don't use the key. I ordered Windows 10 Pro as I was told that you couldn't move one hard drive to another computer without doing a complete reinstall. For me this was not the case the hard drive booted up fine and replaced all the drivers with the new ones. I tried to cancel the order but was told that it wasn't possible as the keys cannot be resold once issued. I think this needs to be made clearer (not even sure if this is legal either) My advice is to try reusing your old drive first - it worked fine for me.

I had a problem with the CD they supplied with Windows 7 64 Bit Ultimate and I have emailed them but so far have not had any reply after a week. Are they only selling but with NO after sales service for a product from them

Unfortunately I have not had a very good experience with your company. I am still waiting for an answer to my question as to whether I am entitled to a refund or whether i have lost my £19.95. I had trouble downloading and burning my I.S.O. files. So at the moment I do not know where I stand. YOURS SINCERELY A.J.HUNT

Windows 7 key said it was not genuine and there was no response when e-mailing info@softwaregeeks.co.uk. Managed to get it working after ringing Microsoft Activation but a response from you guys would have been appreciated.

Made a purchase for Windows 7 install disk, disk arrived, but didn't work, they said they would post another disk to me, that was 2 weeks ago, haven't seen or heard from them since. So I give this a POOR rating! thought the initial purchase was OK, If I get the new working disk, then I would leave GOOD score!

I purchased a copy of Windows 7 Professional from Software Geeks. They sent me a Home Premium DVD and a Professional licence key which are incompatible. After a short online chat they said they would send replacement media but never did. I have now used the licence with media I acquired elsewhere. I would not recommend Software Geeks.

When sorting out my system on my brand new computer to run on windows 7 64bit professional. It took me more than 2 hours to sort it out. But even now i can not get full windows as it says the code is for the wrong system that i need. Software geeks have not tried to sort it of for me as i messaged them and also showed them evidence that the product code did not work. I will not be buying from here again. And i will also have to buy another code from official windows to get it working properly. Not impressed

I bought windows 7 from you to fix my PC and upgrade it to windows 10 but aparently your code did not exsist on according to windows so I then had to spend 100 pounds to buy windows 10. Plus 30 from you guys so I am not happy! Waste of money
