“Bought Office 2016 for my daughter's PC. Very easy to purchase and good price. I have used Software Geeks many times for other software. It was a bit long winded installing as I got the error message about 'maximum number of activations reached' which the instructions said might happen so had to activate over the phone instead of the internet which wasn't a problem except that Microsoft provide you with another activation key which is 48 digits long and their recorded message is wrong! They tell you to insert the number into blocks A to H but instead of saying block B they say block H twice. It's obvious what the error is when you get to the end of the recording so it just means repeating the process again to make sure you get it right. Like I said, a bit long winded but we got there in the end. (I'm just a middle aged mum with average computer experience).”
