“I purchased a Win 10 serial key, installed the OS eventually and it accepted the key no problem,due to having problems with the install which had nothing to do with the purchase from S/Geeks, It took 3 attempts each time the serial key was accepted. In conclusion I got a fresh Windows Install fully licenced for a bargain price. With regard to contact, a few questions I had I went onto the live chat on the website and I was answered within minutes,even messaging when chat was closed I was sent an email first thing next morning with an answer. Well done software geeks.”

“Thinking I had a virus following a win 10 update that rendered my graphics card useless i formatted my laptop. Unable to revert to win 7 i purchased a copy. It downloaded quickly and works perfectly. Recommended.”

“The software was exactly what I required, it does what I wanted it to do. However the installation did not go as outlined in the instructions. They were obviously written by a geek for a geek. I am not a Computer geek and need ones help to complete the installation. Not unusual that this happens instructions should be written by a complete novice.”

“I purchased a copy and license for win7 home premium the software downloaded without difficulty and making a bootable DVD was no problem. Windows 7 then booted from the CD and could be installed. As I needed to do an upgrade install from Windows Vista Ultimate win7 install refused ("upgrade not allowed") but by looking on the web I found a solution which involved changing the registry so that win7 install thought the system was a windows 7 system (!!). Software Geeks might possibly have included a pointer for that. The other problem was that the license code they supplied was not valid; however they quickly provided a replacement that worked.”

“My otherwise superb Sony all-in-one PC was running Vista, and I probably should have updated the OS before now but hey, if it ain't broke etc. Anyway, long story short, Software Geeks enabled me to update to W7 without any hassle whatsoever. Cheers!”
