“Having problems with Windows 10, being unable to roll back, no original Windows 7 disc and unable to access original installation - thanks Microsoft!!!! Software geeks had best price on Windows 7 - so bought and installed. Computer working fine as now able to access partition. Easiest solution with great price and quick service. 10 out of 10.”

“Purchased Office 2010 Pro. Could not have been simpler - did not even have to wait for email as all the installation information was on the webpage that appeared after payment was accepted. Software downloaded in a reasonable time. V handy being able to copy and paste the activation key from the webpage. Good to see that the licence allows installation on 2 machines too. Windows 10 did a very long update of Office items when the machine was next switched on, so I am assuming that the download image was an older one.”

“Couldn't install software on my Mac. Got sent a link without UN-realistic instructions to follow. A very hard process to follow you would need to be an IT professional to follow these instructions. There not clear ether. Wouldn't refund my money. Eventually had to download Windows from Parellel the official way, should have done this in the first place. Please be very wary when purchasing from these people guys.”

Hi Jamie, You would simply create a new virtual machine within Parallels and point to the downloaded ISO file to install. If you would have popped onto the online chat we could have guided you through this. There is nothing wrong with the product itself and many people install via Bootcamp/Parallels without issue. “Customer Service is non existent. Don't buy software unless you're a Geek because the people offering chat support are not helping instead they just post generic responses and then it's dead silent. No satisfied but at lease the keys I bought work!”

“Only drawback was the need to burn the iso file to a dvd as it is way too big for a cd, everything else was fine, easy download, easy install, all worked as it should !”

“Ok, firstly the download was slow - 8 hours and then it was corrupted, but second time worked 100%. Still, 16 hours is quicker than any postage time scale, so I'm happy. The disc burnt fine and windows 7 pro installed 1st time. Did need to phone the free number to activate, but again this took only a few minutes, so all good. Then, big problem, could't update anything because explorer 8 was not supported and couldn't download explorer 10. My solution was to download explorer 10 on one of my other computers and copy it to a memory stick and then installed it on windows 7. Now I can update and everything is working fine, except it is an old Athlone 2600 and painfully slow, but that is nothing to do with the download, which for the price, is well worth the limited amount of fiddling. Nice one geeks.”

“Windows 7 Pro Downloaded iso file without problems. Burned to runnable DVD courtesy of Windows Home Premium (just right-click the iso file). Microsoft phone authentication tedious (have a cup of tea to hand) but straightforward. Totally satisfied with Software Geeks' service.”
