“I received a Windows 7 licence key but this failed the test at Microsoft - a site that I could access via a proxy with web destination filtering enabled - and I was unable to download the software. If it's a legitimate key, why it won't permit a legitimate download is a mystery to me - OEM software not for resale? You know - I don't. Were it not for the kindness of someone who just happened to have a CD at his home, and going and fetching it, I would have been stuck and without what I thought I had paid for. You need to make this crystal clear and if there are restriction of where you can download the install files - say so. For several hours I was DEEPLY unimpressed.”

Hi Steve, You cannot download direct from MS with an OEM key. Download links are within the instructions sent immediately upon purchase. If you would have read them, you wouldn't have wasted any time and could have downloaded right away. The license itself is completely valid. You're problems were caused by not reading the email sent upon purchase. Regards, Softwaregeeks

“The order was processed promptly and eventually was satisfactory. The customer services responded promptly to my questions, although we did not seem to understand each other. It seems that I was missing, or failed to find, an activation key in the original communication. This was eventually received after several exchanges of e-mails. Not quite "well done", but getting there.”

“Very quick response to my order. The link to their own server didn't work but downloaded OK from the link to the Microsoft site. HAven'y got around to updating yet but no reason to suppose it won't be fine. Recommended.”

“Easy to purchase the required licences, licences were much cheaper than expected, instant delivery via email made the process of licencing Windows much easier by simply copying and pasting the product keys into the activation window working via the internet activation, bought 2 codes within the last 2 months.”

“Got a version of Windows 7 for my old XP desktop. All done online so that was great. The instructions that came with it said I'd need a "blank DVD or a USB flash drive greater than 4GB" It would have been better if I'd known that before I purchased so I could have been ready.”

“Just upgraded from Vista to windows 7 with upgrade supplied by software geeks: The price was good as were the download links: The upgrade didn't follow their instructions fully to the letter but was dead straightforward, however as I had a lot of stuff on my computer it did take overnight to complete: you have to trust it would happen and it did: Would recommend this company no problem: system no runs so much faster and has saved me buying a new PC.”

“Will never use these again. Asked for advice as I cannot open or download the attached windows premium I purchased ...have sent 4 emails asking for help. Nobody has ever responded...I have just wasted my money and I am very upset. I rate them 0 stars”

“Purchased a Windows 10 Pro Upgrade for my existing Windows 10 Home addition. Excellent instructions. Provided the dummy code for the upgrade function. This is a simple way of doing the upgrade. Once completed did the Activation process and entered the provided code and everything is functioning with a genuine version of Win 10 Professional. Have bought previous software from Software Geeks and would certainly recommend them. Good value for money.”
