Hi there, Means you never activated the software, you have to do so from control panel --- system and security --- system and change the product key as explained in our instructions, which are sent with your order. “I had a problem & below is the response I got, I found the program you suggested was not "User Friendly" I previously purchased Power ISO and found your ISO file gave me the Bootable DVD that I required. Hi Ian, Please read the instructions carefully, Roxio is not mentioned at any point (and it does not create bootable media) Use ISOtoUSB as shown on the image in the instructions. Regards, Jack”
