“Purchased a Windows 7 key, it didn't work. Knew I was taking a punt when I bought it but it would have been nice if it had worked. Edit: Software Geeks contacted me to say the key is valid and asked me to change or delete my review saying; "Can you please correct the review saying at least we contacted you to resolve but another system was already installed, or delete it?"”

We feel obligated to reply to this. We contacted you to ask for further explanation of the problem so as to resolve i but could not get any info as you said Linux is installed now. Key is valid and working and we can send you proof of this, of course we do test all keys when someone contacts us. we require screenshots of the problem to understand the issue and resolve it or refund, but couldn't get any. We contacted you to offer help and required information to do so. Asked you to correct the review as we were not contacted for support and emailed you after seeing an online review to help, but you were not able to provide any information so as to resolve the problem.

“On Hello on March 9, 2019 I Purchase ''original'' Windows 7 from Software Geeks but after installing it i found that they product key that they send me is not valid!I request new key from this site but they didn't respond! Now I am 14 pounds short... DO NOT BUY SOFTWARE FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!”

“I would give a 0/5 stars if I could. I purchased a Microsoft 7 access key, thinking that it would work with my computer. The website appeared to give a full refund on the product if it didn’t work, but of course they didn’t. It was deceptive and a bad business practice.”

Hi Melissa, We have replied to your emails explaining you can create installation media from any computer as explained in the instructions. You can use that created media to install on your Mac. We cannot really help if you do not want to follow this process as that totally exceeds us.

Hi Tracy, As explained via email we cannot take responsibility for your computer crashing, you are asking us to assume the costs of a lost license as we cannot resell it due to a local issue with the computer. We fully understand the problem, but cannot take responsibility as it largely exceeds us.

“They sell upgrade licenses, you would need to completely wipe your disk and activate offline. I called Microsoft and they told me the key provider was blocked because it had been activated 63 times around the globe. If you do the mistake of purchasing a key call Microsoft Support and ask them to check if your key is unique, you will find out it’s a bad key. I have complained to the police, European consumer rights board, my banking institution, google and Facebook, my refund is now due on January 8th after a guy named Jack, probably a fake name, refused to refund and even told me I should complain to whoever I wanted because nothing would happen. Stay away.”

“Support consisted of replying to my question with a question, which I answered promptly then have heard nothing since... so no support was received!! I’ve had to re-purchase elsewhere so a refund would be appreciated.”
