“Office 2010 upgrade. Crashed our broadband after each 5 minutes, nightmare to install, so in the end used an old copythat i found in the office. Refund please....”

Hi Robert, 1. A download could never "crash" a broadband connection, we're unsure what you mean by that. 2. Once downloaded, you simply double click the .exe file to install. That's it. “I had a non genuine copy of windows 7(been had by previous vendor on internet)so I used software geeks to replace with genuine disc and product key which was sent with the installation disc and all for only £29.99 excellent fast delivery ,everything went down first time easily,installation was flawless and updates are now all installed be that it took a couple of days but that is microsoft update time(say no more)checked activation for genuine which was positive,so everything is now running normal ,great service from software geeks,Windows 7 Professional 32 Bit and all for £29.99 excellent ,really pleased will use the Geeks again for sure.”
