“Ordered Windows 10 Home OEM edition as were building my own P.C. Downloads links and instructions worked perfectly and software loaded onto machine and activated without a problem. Great price. Highly recommended.”

“The Product Key didn't work and was unable to activate Win 10 Pro. Every time I tried putting the Softwaregeeks key in, the laptop said Win 10 Pro Education was now installed and unable to activate as the key was already in use! Support was received via e-mail, but both e-mails failed to resolve the issue. Nothing has been heard from Softwaregeeks for a while since the last e-mail and so, after 12 days since purchased, I decided to buy a Product Key from another retailer. (at a third of the price paid to softwaregeeks). I typed the new product key in and Win 10 Pro activated straightaway! Softwaregeeks have been good in the past, but sorry guys, only two stars on this occasion!”

“I needed a Win 7 licence for an older PC and within minutes I had the licence, at a great price, had downloaded the code using the provided links, and was installing the update. Very quick and efficient. I will definitely use these folks again and will happily recommend them to friends.”

“Found these guys after a search as I needed a new build windows 7 for my PC. price was excellent and the download/ install instructions were spot on. Had a bit of trouble but their help desk were really good. new build now working as it should. Very happy. Thanks”

“Amazing price, legit purchase - I was genuinely worried this would be a scam because the price is so good, and i had never used SoftwareGeeks (Or heard of them) before. I eventually got to the "Fluff it - it's 25 quid!" stage. 2 weeks later, not an issue - and my USB ports have stopped playing up! (That's more Win10 than them, but hey - it's a good thing!) Delighted with my purchase, can't comment on Customer Services because I didn't need any! Zero Complaints.”

“Actually, this product worked first time! When I first read the installation instructions I thought "omg" but once I got started it was pretty much self explanatory :) I ended up having to download all the updates in bundles of 20 because they kept on failing!this is might add is nothing to do with Software geeks! It's more a Microsoft issue or my laptop because I've always had issues downloading and installing multiple updates!! Any email correspondence with Software Geeks was replied to very quickly and if I need to purchase again (which I'm sure I will) I will be purchasing through Software Geeks”

Dear Laurian, Instructions are sent AUTOMATICALLY with EVERY purchase by the system. It's likely that you did not read the email properly. That being said, if you had contacted us, we could have resent them. Your husband is not "teccy" if it took him hours to perform a Windows installation. We do not create Windows, Microsoft do.
