An independent family run business established in 2004, we are based in the picturesque flat fens of Lincolnshire in the UK. At SocksFox we aim to offer our customers a shopping experience where you can buy the top quality brands that you know and trust, whilst offering you a level of individual customer service and product knowledge that as a smaller, highly specialised company we can provide.

The brands we offer have been selected because they use only the very best materials and are beautifully constructed to create the most comfortable garment possible. “Products are represented accurately. As with anything which has color, rarely does the color on a computer monitor give an exact match with the color of the item- that is to be expected. The only downside with ordering from SocksFox is that an order does take quite a bit of time between placing the order and delivery.”

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that this is your experience of shopping with us at SocksFox. We always aim to dispatch items the same or next working day. However, if demand exceeds our stock holding dispatch may be delayed by around 7 working days and we always contact customers to let them know if there are any dispatch delays or availability issues. We always offer the option to cancel and are quick to provide a refund when asked to. At SocksFox, offering an extensive range of styles, colours and sizes at competitive prices to customers in both the UK and Worldwide is what sets us apart from many other retailers. To be able to do this we are unable to hold in stock all items all of the time and in our experience most customers are happy to wait. We try to be as open about this as possible and if immediate dispatch is a priority we encourage customers to contact us for current availability.
