“Whilst trying to book a ski holiday at very short notice, I stumbled across the Snow Finders Platform. I'd already tried a lot of providers out there - Nuco, Build my ski trip.com, etc (as well as Airbnb to look for accommodation), but Snow Finders was by far the easiest service to deal with. I called their number on a Sunday, and instantly got through to Nick (getting through to anyone is rare, let alone on a Sunday). Nick was extremely helpful: I listed all of my criteria (cheap, self-catered, within the 3 valleys) and he did his best to find me a great selection of options. Nick was incredibly patient and friendly - over the next few days, I called him up multiple times to specify new criteria, and each time Nick patiently listened and then came up with new options. I was a very difficult customer and Nick made me feel like no request was too much. Each time he'd get back to me within an hour with a personalised list of options. Snow Finders has access to a great database of locations at much more reasonable prices than found online (presumably due to bulk booking). On top of this they offer fantastic customer service - I can't express how good it was to find a service that was so accessible, with actual people on the other end of a phone. Please never change your customer service, it's what makes you great! Eventually we found a room in a hotel in the 3 valleys which was fantastic, and Snowfinders sorted the flights and transfers for us. They also work with reputable providers including CrystalSki, which assuaged any other worries I may have had. Honestly can't recommend Snow Finders enough, thank you again Nick, much appreciated!”

“I had a great experience booking with Snowfinders, Nick was helpful in every step of the way. There was no pushy sales pitch, we worked together to find the best holiday that suited my budget and I felt happy and confident in booking. The customer service was excellent and whilst I didn’t have a need to contact them on holiday, i know they would have been available to resolve matters if anything had happened. Highly recommend.”

“We have recently returned from 3 days skiing in Corvara staying at Hotel Sassongher. It was excellent. All organised by Snowfinders, who we have used many times before. They plan the whole holiday. We gave them the budget, where we wanted to go and position in the resort and it was excellent. Any queries about the holiday they answer quickly & promptly, so helpful. Would thoroughly recommend Snowfinders”

“Just the two of us this year. There were no real last minute deals to be had at the time we wanted to go. However the guys at Snowfinders worked hard to find us the best deal they could using their knowledge and contact. We had a cracking time in Westerndorf in the Ski Welt area. Staying in a fab family run hotel who looked after us extremely well. Customer service and information from Snowfinders was spot on.”

“Have used Snowfinders a number of times. This time was a solo trip in January. Gave them what I was after and found the perfect location and accommodation in Schruns (little known resort for UK). “Nick and his team have consistently, over a number of years found hotels and resorts that fit our needs perfectly. This year we stayed in Saalbach at the Alpin Resort Sport and Spa. The hotel was All-Inclusive and the service and facilities were absolutely brilliant. The hotel made a real fuss for one of our party who was celebrating a birthday with Prosecco breakfast, cake in the room after skiing and a birthday cake at dinner. The snow was brilliant the week we were there and Nick's team again ensured the resort they recommended had the variety of slopes our group wanted. We now always go to Snowfinders for our ski holidays, with great confidence.”

“I have been using Snow Finders for quite a few years now and would not consider trying to find a suitable ski holiday myself or by using any other company. The staff are totally dedicated to finding the right holiday to suit our group of family and friends within our budget. Every year it is a complicated search because of our group dynamics which changes from year to year. We need to take account of people flying from different airports, some singles, some family groups and some couples, but every year Snow Finders come up with some great options for us to choose from. They also point out any discounts which apply to the options. Tour operators often have varied and complicated discounts systems. This year was our biggest group ever but with their knowledge of resorts and individual catered chalets Snow Finders came up with a superb option and we are just back from a fantastic holiday. After the initial booking any contact with Snow Finders to clarify details or ask questions is always dealt with quickly and efficiently and in a very friendly manner. As the holiday organiser for the group I rely on their advice. I will always book ski holidays through Snow Finders and recommend them to anyone without hesitation.”

“We had a great week at the Hotel Breuil, Cervinia, which was excellent. Booking and ticketing was fine. Journeys were good. Local reps were fine. Only hiccup was a long wait on the stairs at turin Airport on the ways back. Would definitely use Snow Finders again”

“We stayed at the Hotel Pic Blanc in Alpe dhuez during half term, hotel and resort were very busy, but we were looked after in the hotel really well, great staff and fantastic food. We were late back to airport, because of French holiday traffic,only 10 minutes to get flight, Ingams staff were brillant, got us straight through a packed airport and into security, a very professional job. Thank you Alison for finding us another great holiday. I would fully recommend Snowfinders to anyone. Rob Mole”

“We've used Snowfinders three times now. We booked our last group holiday to Val d'Isere with the excellent team. Everything went really smoothly and the chalet Cristal was excellent. We loved the convenience of the chalet, next to the La Daille lift, our hosts were lovely and the food produced every evening was excellent. Thanks Snowfinders, we'll be calling again for our 2024 trip.”

“We have used Snowfinders for 18 years now - they're extremely knowledgable, easy to talk to, highly responsive, and always come up with great holidays for us. We've skied Europe and America extensively, and have quite a clear idea of what we're looking for - yet they still come up with new ideas. This year Nick recommended Covara, in the Italian Dolomites to us, and it proved to be a great choice. We'd highly recommend using Snowfinders”
