“We have been using Snowfinders for about 20 years to book our family ski holidays. We simply phone them up, tell them how many of us are travelling on each trip, their ages ( from 0-75) and let them do the rest. They have never let us down! We started with needing a crèche, then ski school, always ski-in/ ski-out, sometimes a sole use catered chalet, sometimes a hotel - now we like something a bit more comfortable with good food and good wine. Nick and the team have always got it spot on. Not sure I know how to book a ski holiday anymore other than phoning Snowfinders!”

“We have booked through Snowfinders for the past sixteen years and never had a problem. Everything they say happens! Nick is full of knowledge and speaks from personal experience, tailoring our needs to the right resort. Through Nick's advice and understanding, we have skied in Norway, Canada, France and Italy and each time had the best experience. From finding the resort with appropriate slopes and snow, even when its early season, to fantastic accommodation and atmosphere, Snowfinders does an excellent job. What's not to like!”

“We have been using Snowfinders for about 10 years now. We would not go anywhere else. They listen carefully to what we are looking for (whether half term skiing for the family, long weekend for 2 or whatever) and then provide carefully tailored, appropriate options to choose from. Excellent knowledge of the resorts and ski areas down to the individual hotels. Excellent customer service. We jokingly said to Nick once that we wished they did summer holidays as well. That resulted in a brilliant Caribbean break booked through Snowfinders.”

“I’d like to say that we had the most fantastic holiday in La Rosiere.. thanks must go to Nick & here’s why ... There were 6 of us going 5intermeduates & 1 beginner & I gave Nick a list of what I was looking for from my holiday & that was .. catered chalet , ski in/out , idea for beginners .. snow ish sure etc etc .& all that on a budget .. Nick found everything we wanted , the most important thing for me was the resort .. it was absolutely ideal for what we needed .. plenty of beginner skiing & a dab of reds & blacks to pop off & do but easy to catch up & find each other again ... we had the best time & thankyou again for listening to what we wanted & taking the time to know the resorts & the best places to go ...😊 Unfortunately we need Feb half term next year so the challenge will be on ..Kim”

“Organised, efficient company offering a friendly, personal service. They listen to your requirements and have found me some fantastic ski holidays. They have offered suggestions that I wouldn’t otherwise have considered but have resulted in some of my best ski holidays. I have been using Snowfinders for about seven years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“We have used Snowfinders to book every ski holiday since children needed to be added into the equation. Imogen is very knowledgeable, accomodating and friendly and always delivers a range of options that are tailored to meet our needs. Have recommended to many people. When we had an issue with ski slopes being closed and refunds on ski passes they were more helpful and knowledgeable than staff in the resort. Thank you.”

“Hayley and the whole team at Snowfinders are fantastic and I wouldn't book a snow holiday without them now. They take the time to listen to what you like and what you don't like and offer a selection and recommendations accordingly. It's definitely not a one size fits all with them. They are not only extremely knowledgeable but they are patient and generous with their time.”

“They pull off miracles -- AND save me money! Just got back from Kitzbuhel... it was the second time I'd used Snowfinders and once again they didn't disappoint: they managed to find us two rooms in an inexpensive hotel during one of the busiest/most expensive weeks of the season. MUCH less expensive than what the two big ski agencies offered. The hotel was great - fantastic spa and delicious half-board... Nick and Sue at Snowfinders were always prompt to reply and answer our questions. Two years ago they found us four fantastic rooms in central Kitzbuhel on short notice. I don't know how they manage to deliver such great service at lower prices than what you'd get online -- but they do. Warmly recommended!”

“I have used Nick and the team at Snow Finders for a variety of ski trips, but it was in March 2018 that Nick gained full 'legend' status. I had spent nearly a year (with Nick's help of course) organising a trip for my colleagues at Motion. There were 25 of us in the group so imagine our disappointment when at 6.20pm we found out that our flight at 7.00am the following morning had been cancelled. However, Nick sacrificed his evening and was immediately on the case. Within a couple of hours we were all booked on a different flight, which was no mean feat having regard to the fact that many other flights had been cancelled too. I have no idea how Nick pulled it off, but he did and our trip to Champoluc, Italy was a great success. I have always found Nick and the team to be accessible, helpful, knowledgeable and, above all, caring. I would not hesitate to recommend Snow Finders.”

“I have used Snowfinders off and on for at least 12 years and find their service to be excellent. Whilst it seems easy to search the internet, sometimes you just don't have the time or you want to speak to a real person to get advice. This is where Snowfinders excel. Interestingly, I have never paid any extra for this service, often I have searched other sites just in case and have found their quote to be same as or even cheaper. A great company, highly recommended.”

“Having booked several ski holidays through Snowfinders in the past we decided to use them to book a trip to Canada which included staying in Banff, Lake Louise, Jasper, a trip on the Rocky Mountaineer Train and finally Vancouver, from start to finish they got the brief exactly right, they booked ski passes which were delivered to our Hotel, the travel and tickets contained lots of useful information including maps of the areas, ski bus time tables etc. The holiday did not start off as it should have as the flight was cancelled so we were bumped to a later flight but Snowfinders informed our hotel of our late arrival and even chased up the lost bag which turned up the following day. They also accommodated us without any fuss when we wanted to extend our stay in Lake Louise for an extra night, this was dealt with efficiently via text. Nothing seemed too much trouble, I would definitely recommend using Snowfinders for arranging your trip, we engaged another company also to compare prices and their itinerary had us staying in two hotels at the same time, travelling back and forth the wrong way on the wrong dates, so I was very happy to use Snowfinders who sent through the itinerary correctly the first time round and the high level of service and attention to detail continued throughout, even an email to remind us to apply for our visa's with the link attached. Thank you Snowfinders for a hassle free trip! :-)”

“Snowfinders given very clear specifications for our group Holiday in Val d'isere . LE Bel air chalet was excellent good sized rooms, excellent ensuite bathrooms and comfortable lounge. LE Ski chalet staff superb as were the resort reps.”
