“I've ordered several phone cases recently and they are knock offs/plastic material. Nothing like my original vintage case from 2022. Buyer beware these are NOT leather and the credit cards barely fit. The magnet is so weak it doesn't hold it together. I'm shopping elsewhere. It took a really long time to receive so makes me wonder if coming from China and not the UK. It was delivered by Amazon”

“I have had my Snakehive Metro Leather case for my iPhone 14 Pro Max for almost 2 years now, It’s been by my side at all times and has recently lived through the two hurricanes that swept Florida last month I have to say it is still totally unmarked and is as good as the day I received it 🍾🍾 !”

“Purchase a purple and black gorgeous XS iPhone wallet in 2018 (24.95)- have dropped phone on concrete granite marble and from height and abso no damage! I will find a use for it still! Now a brand new mobly which obvs needs a lush luxurious turquoise home. The only thing more useful would be a hand strap. Flipping love it 😊”

“Phone case looked great but easily stained and could not be easily cleaned. After 5 months of use it looked old and tired. Even my wife commented on how worn it looked. I have since tossed it out and bought a cheaper case from another company. I feel at ond third the cost, I won't feel as bad tossing it after 5 - 6 months.”

Hello Ted, Thank you for your message & for your purchase with us, and I'm sorry to hear that you are not happy with the finish of your case! Over time and with regular use, the top layer of leather will begin to wear down and the case will develop a rich & smooth patina finish. Wear on each of our cases will vary depending on its use, which will add to the unique character of your case. To clean your case we recommend that you carefully wipe the cover with a nubuck or similar soft cloth using a circular motion. Brush with a nubuck brush to remove dirt and dust. Spray a cloth with a nubuck cleaner, from leather retailers or online, and work well into the leather but do not over saturate the material. Allow to dry thoroughly and then use brush to restore the nap to its original condition. In addition we have a 12 month warranty on all our Vintage Leather Cases, therefore if you send us pictures of the case and we deem the damage is not general wear and tear we will send out a replacement case as soon as possible free of charge. “I bought a case for a Samsung S24 ultra from them. I wouldn't recommend using their leather cases. After only 3 weeks the leather gets worn and looks like it's very old. Contacted customer support for a refund and the message that I got back was "Regretfully we can only accept returns for unused cases as per our returns policy which you can find here:" How can someone know upfront that the case will wear out so fast so they can keep it new. I would suggest TORRO cases, they are 100% identical the only thing is that they use real leather and they accept returns regardless of the product. And I'm using a wallet from them, after 3 years looks perfect.”

“purchased twin pack screen protector for my note 20 . fitted the first one but didn't lasted long ,so I decided to change for second one I had . bad mistake, it took me an hour to remove the old screen protector as it was stuck so hard to the screen I literally had to pick it off bit by bit with a feeler gauge , also used steam and heat to warm the glue but didn't help that much . new one went straight in bin and did not use. will never purchase from this site again.”

“Fast delivery and excellent customer service. The case arrived the following day, after placing the order. It is a beautiful product, excellent quality, elegant and stunning vintage green colour, which pairs beautifully with the finish of the iPhone. The case has a wonderful smell of good quality leather, with a lovely texture as a result of the soft brushed suede.”
