“I haven't received the item that I ordered, so I'm not sure why you've asked me for a review. I ordered over a week ago and the page has never updated to say whether it was posted o rnot , and the tracking number is just "standarddelivery". I've tried to use the chat during business hours and it said that there is nobody available and leave an email and you'll be in touch. This also hasn't happened.”
