In terms of service, I placed my order online at 1539 and received an email saying that the Royal Mail had accepted a package at 1616. I cannot imagine anyone being able to beat that. Furthermore, when the item arrived there was a nice handwritten note enclosed. Customer service clearly matters to this business and it shows.”
