“Had a very positive experience with Smiles and More Warrington for my partial dentures, lower fitted last year and upper plastic plate fitted earlier this year. Both fit perfectly and are very stable, and the plates don’t feel bulky or affect my speech and I hardly know they’re there when I eat. A great service and Mara has been excellent to deal with.”

Gary is an absolute miracle worker, and nothing is ever too much trouble for him. I wouldn't hesitate if your thinking of using them, you won't be disappointed. “When you first walk into smiles and more you instantly feel at ease with the lovely warm welcome you receive from the receptionist and all your worries are over when you meet Gary. I was tired of wasting money on badly fitting upper dentures so I went to smiles and more from then I never looked back Gary and I discussed my problem and i decided to go down the road of implants that was over ten years ago when I had my first upper denture they were the best and made me feel so confident.I can’t thank Gary and his team enough I have just had my second denture and they are so lovely I am smiling all the time. I jokingly told Gary he should take it up for a living.”

“All staff very friendly and helpful. Treated with respect and kindness. I have had dentures for over 50yrs and I have never and I mean never had new dentures that didn't leave me in discomfort and with a mouth full of ulcers UNTIL NOW!!!!! The minute Gary inserted them I felt as though I had always had them no pain no discomfort. He also told me the proper way to put them in and take them out properly without hurting myself. I know they need to bed in but up to now no problems at all Thanks for your great personality and great skill Gary !!”

“After being left with a poor quality, ill fitting denture after having my natural teeth removed I struggled on for eight month, unwilling to go out without covering my mouth. I knew I couldn’t carry on like that so contacted Gary with a bit of hope but low expectations that he would be able to do much to help. From the first consultation he was patient and understood what I was going through. He explained every step we were going to take and this, as well as the confidence he had in his ability to make things so much better for me, made such a difference. After four sessions and a slight adjustment I am now the very happy owner of dentures that look brilliant and fit so comfortably I can hardly believe it. I feel happy speaking to people without covering my mouth for the first time in years. I can’t recommend the service and support I’ve received from both Gary and the ladies on reception enough. If you are unhappy with your dentures or any other issue they would be the only place I’d consider Thanks so much”

“From start to finish, Gary and Jo were sympathetic without being patronising. Gary's warmth and professionalism reassured me, in what is usually a sensitive subject with most people that need dentures. The price I paid for a bespoke service is definitely worth it for quality and comfort after wasting time and money on poorly fitted ones over the years so I couldn't recommend Smiles and more enough! “First time I walked into Smiles and More Jill welcomed me and introduced me to Gary, I knew I had come to the right place, Gary talked me through all the procedures. when we reached the stage of a wax model of my new dentures he allowed me to take them home to show my biggest critic, my daughter. She was very impressed and said they have given me a nice smile back. I could not ask for a better compliment. “After having dentures for 20 plus years it was time for new ones. To say I was apprehensive was an understatement, However from the moment I walked through the door I was put at ease firstly from the warm welcome I received from Jo and then the conversation I had with Gary. He explained what the process involved and calmed my ‘fears’ . It is obvious Gary likes his job and understands his patients feelings. My dentures are very comfortable and fit well. “Im sorry Im very late with this review but I would like to say that the moment you walk through the front door you are met by the girls on reception with a friendly welcome and an explanation of the parking permit system, and then you are met by Gary the first thing he does is to welcome you and put you at ease he will ask you what you would like him to do for you and he will offer advice, but the decision is yours. I needed to have my top denture in time for my grand daughters wedding in two weeks time, I paid the extra fee for express service and at no time was quality or service effected, Gary is a pro in what he does, he made me look seventeen again. I would recommend Smiles and Moor to everyone.”

“I had a partial lower denture made/ fitted at Smiles and More Warrington in July 2022. I’ve had it almost 6 months now and it has been really good, very stable and secure, comfortable plastic plate from day 1 with no soreness and able to chew/ eat well without any movement of the denture. They also made it really quickly for me as I was going on holiday. Great service, professional, friendly and very highly recommended!”

“This was my first visit to Smiles and More so I had to rely on the customer reviews and take a chance. I liked what I was reading from the reviews so I took that chance. From the first get go of walking in and being greeted by Jo the receptionist who is so welcoming and lovely to meeting Gary was amazing. Gary is so lovely, calming and sincere and totally but me at ease. We had a chat about all my requests and he advised me what he could do. I can honestly say he felt like a long trusted friend! The finished dentures Gary did for me were superb. His professional skills and years of experience just left me speechless. I have my natural looking teeth back! The quality and fit are incredible and I couldn't be happier. The whole experience has been one of the best I have ever had. I took a chance on Gary and his team, I travelled over 180 miles and I would now not hesitate to see him and would do it in a heartbeat! I will not be going anywhere else and when I need to visit again it will be a pleasurable experience that I will be very much looking forward to. Thanks Gary and Joanne you are the most wonderful people I have had the pleasure of meeting!”
