It sounds like your burner isn't getting hot enough to release the fragrance. We would suggest trying them in a tealight burner for maximum effect or if using an electric warmer, try at least a 40W bulb. Hi Louise, your order was delivered within 5 working days, we don’t consider that to be a long time. We understand that not everyone will like some scents. It is though highly unusual that a customer strongly dislikes every single item they’ve bought from us.

Thanks for your feedback. We have over 270 scents available, none of which smell anything like "balsamic vinegar".
We also have over 3000 5* reviews of our products, which suggests the problem here is not with our melts but thanks for giving us a try.
