“We have used this company for over a year now. When a test went missing they were prompt to resolve this. The auto prompt emails for future tests are a great failsafe. Highly recomended.”

“Kit arrived. Simple to use and sent it off as instructions. Got a mail to say the certificate could be downloaded. Had problems downloading but a phone call sorted it out and I got it emailed to me”

“Test kits were sent out promptly. Instructions were clear. Results were fed back in 14 days as promised. Well done. We had ordered email copies of the test certificate, rather than paper copies but had difficulty opening these on screen. We managed it eventually. This may be down in some part to limited operator computer skills”
