“I contacted Smartwater Testing Ltd at short notice to have ten water samples tested for Legionella. They sent me out some sample bottles & everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company & will use them again.”

“I found the service to be very good in most areas. The delivery of the kit and instructions were very good. The picking up of the samples was excellent. The notification of the result and the link to our certificate was efficient. It was st this point I had problems. My password was not recognised despite my device remembering it. Send for a password reset then, yes but no reset email was received. Later when I got home there was a password reset email. It had expired though! Later I received another and at last this worked and I was able to log on and print our certificate. Apart from that you provided a good service and we look forward to using you again in 12 months. “This was the first time I’d used this company. I’ve been very impressed with the service. Email and telephone queries were responded to quickly and professionally. The instructions, including a brief video, for how to take a water sample we’re clear and easy to follow. I’ll use them again and would highly recommend the service.”

“The whole process was well explained both in advance of purchase and with the testing kit itself. The materials are robust. Arranging the collection is simple and the results were provided as quickly as possible and access to the results is made easy too. The costs are reasonable for this speed and quality of service. Would use again and recommend to others - for legionella testing for rented properties at least. Don't have any experience of other services..”
