“We contacted Smartwater as they had been recommended to us and they didn't fail us. The kit arrived the following day we did as instructed and posted the sample by return. They confirmed the receipt of the sample again by the next day. We received our certificate about 10 days later. Exceptional service would recommend very highly.”
