“I purchased your phone as it was recommended as good for older people. The online video was obviosly aimed at people who were already competent with mobile phones so I decided to purchase the manuel.I am disappointed as the sise of manuel is good but the print size is too small. As one gets older print size matters.”

Hello The manual sent is a beginners guide to the iPhone. We buy this in and state this is for beginners. The only other option Apple iPhone users have is to view the manual on the Apple website.

“I found it difficult to. Use. The contents needed page numbers and the pages needed numbering. The. Order of contents didn't seem to flow smoothly. There were a lot of tiny icons not with no explainattions of what they were.”

Hello Unfortunately the issues you speak about is down to Motorola the manufacturer as this is their manual they make available for the model phone you have. We have no control over the contents of the manuals.

Hello I am sorry you have found the text light. We simply print the manual the manufacturer makes available. Sometimes the manufacture formats the PDF we print from with light grey text and unfortunately this is not ideal and we can not change the darkness of the text as the PDF can not be altered due to copyright.

“I was charged and sent two manuels. Paid for two of the exact thing and cost to much to ship back. Makes no sense the brand new phone does not come with it and you have to pay to get a manual.”

Hello Please check which model you have as Motorola make many phones and the model numbers and names do not differ greatly and it can be confusing when they just a one letter.

Hello Apple only make their manuals to view online. In the past we have spent many hours turning the on screen manual into a printable manual. But unfortunately now the manuals have over 1000 pages it is very time consuming taking weeks/months to covert into a printable manual. This is why we just do not offer a manual other than the one you received.

Hello Apple only make the manual for their phones an on screen manual meaning you can only view it on their website. We offer a manual called I Phone for beginners and it cover all models and this is what we have sent you.

“The layout is so different from my old Samsung smart phone. Hello There was a mix up as both surnames were the same. Yes we had the email and was looking into the problem then you called and we corrected the problem. We are small but very busy company and sometimes actions take a little longer.
