“It's beautifully presented and bound, thank you. It's the original manual. Trying read that on the phone while you're are trying to follow instructions is very hard.”

“The content of the manual is, as I expected, excellent. Bit disappointed that it was not spiral bound. Perhaps that was my fault for not seeing a choice at the order stage.”

“Have been rather conservative in my rating, as am not sure it will be helpful to me. Being 86yrs of age and this is my first 'smartphone. However am sure you are doing your best and time will tell whether I can understand it.”

“It is very interesting to have printed manuals available for most computers, cameras, smartphones, available. Instructions are available on-line BUT the ink involved in printing these is prohibitive with 70+ pages. It is desirable to have a printed booklet as one can access the information when needed.”

“DID NOT HAVE "TEXTING"OR CHAT" IN THE INDEX OR IN THE MANUAL...I WANTED TO KNOW HOW TO SEND A PHOTO WITH A TEXT MESSAGE. OTHER INFO WAS NOT PRESENTED IN A SIMPLE CLEAR WAY TO THOSE OF US WHO DO NOT USE ELECTRONIC FORMATS”

“Good morning, the manual was good and on time but unfortunately, although it was the one I asked for, it wasn't the one I need. After speaking to one of your ladies last Wednesday we agreed that I would send it back and you would replace it with the one I want, the NOKIA 110-4g. So I posted it that afternoon and have heard nothing since, Please advise, Regards, DT Wootten.”
