“Pretty good but not really to assess it properly as the print is very small. Ironically there is plenty of blank white paper. Thank you for the A4 issue of my manual. Excellent result. Was struggling with the small print of the first manual. Super service.👍”

“I left 4 answerphone messages as requested but no response to date. They sent the wrong Manual. I requested DORO 7080 but was sent Samsung Galaxy A12 user manual. My order no.21006050W. I would be most grateful for your help. John Tilley.”

“As I have found with a few previous orders the service from OTC was excellent again and I would not hesitate to reccomend there services. The manual itself was bound very neatly and easy to use. I would however, next time pay a little extra for the spiral binding which I did for my second order within a few days. these are earier to lay out flat on the table to read them without having to put a heavy item on top. Maybe the option could be a little more visible? As for delivery I placed the order mid afternoon and it arrived the next morning. All in all two more very satsifying purchases.”

“Only took two days to get to me. Very impressive given the pandemic restrictions! The manual is clear and concise, in some parts intuitive for those reasonably familiar with mobile phone use. Still working my way through the 186 pages, primarily to ensure that all the functions work as advertised. No problems so far or anticipated for that matter. Thank you for the fast and efficient service.”

Hello Unfortunately you have an Apple iPhone this is one of the more advanced phones on the market. The manual is produced by Apple for your your phone we have no control over the contents of the manual.
