“Manual is easy to read and understandable, it is nicely bound and the print is clear. My criticism is that it doesn't have an index. But very pleased with the manual and it was quickly posted, I am quite satisfied.”

Hello I am sorry this order has not reached you. Over the month of December Royal Mail on several days were on strike and this delayed the movement of the post, But seems they have lost this order I will resend the order.
