“The manual provides a comprehensive description of the phone and how to use its many facilities. My minor adverse comment is that your website does not explain how the manual is provided if the spiral bound option is not chosen”

“I still have not received my purchase. Now, I realize that is most probably down to striking postal staff, but you must have been aware of their ongoing industrial action! I was not aware that you would not be using private parcel delivery until it was `too late' ! Otherwise, I would not have ordered ! I strongly suggest that you re-send me via private parcel post ASAP. or at least refund my money !”

Hello We did resend the order it left here on the 7th December orders to the USA can take up to 14 working days or a little longer at this time of the year with increase post due to Christmas
