Hello The order was sent around the time Royal mail had a cyber attack. This halted all international mail leaving the UK. The order went out on the 26th January with a tracking number. On checking this number the order has been delivered.

“I researched for the manual for an Alcatel 1B and purchased yours through the link. However when I received it, it was for a 1 V. I asked the question if there was a difference in the instructions, to be told that there was. I replied that this then was of no use to me. I didn't hear anything back.”

Hello You have an Apple iPhone. These phones are very technical and are run by the iOS software on them and all the Apple iPhones can take the software this is why so many models are in the manual.
