“I expected for the price a comprehensive booklet covering all aspects of the Nokia Flip 2720 phone. The small consisted of pages enclosed in a clear plastic cover taped together with a white plastic rear cover - obviously printed and assembled on a demand basis. I presume this company produces many similar booklets in such a make-ready method. I actually found certain instructions totally missing that can easily be located via Google for free. The final insult was the P&P charge of £3.95 in addition to the £13. Cost of this R.I.P.-off.”

“Needs to be written in a simpler manner. Like: finding and deleting your phone messages Finding and deleting your text messages. You talk about messages, but don’t specify which kind. I have yet to find my phone messages!!! And I’m not going to add any cost to do so!”

Hello You ordered a manual for the Samsung Galaxy A12. We simply download the manual from the manufacturer's website. If the manual is not compatible with your phone, please check you have the correct model name and number.

“The manual is hard to understand.. I wanted something graphic to help me get to parts of the phone to learn to use the different parts of the phone; eg. text, flashlight, etc., etc. I still only use it for emergencies. I wanted to learn how to use each part easily. Sylvia Tone”

Hello I am sorry we only supply manuals that the manufacturers make available. Apple phones work by the iOS software on the phone and because all the models can run on iOS 14 this is why the manual will cover all the models. This is the only manual available.

Hello I am sorry the manual has not arrived I can see we sent this out on the 17th June 4 weeks ago. There are delays due to covid restrictions and less flights leaving the UK the post can be transported on. The manual should be with you by now. “It used abbreviations that I did not know what they meant. No explanation of symbols on the screen, what they meant or what they were for or what they did or when to use them. I could find how to make a call, send a text, how to answer the phone or any of the basic things a phone should do. I really felt cheated and foolish and stupid! Money wasted. A chart explaining what each symbol was for would have really helped as a base to start using the phone would enable users to get started.”

Hello We are in the UK and orders to the USA before covid took around 14 working days but we are seeing delays in the postal system as staff are having to working with in covid rules. I will email directly to see if you are still waiting for the manual.

Hello I am sorry the manual has not arrived. We would of emailed back asking for you to confirm we have the correct address. Also due to covid the postal systems around the world are seeing delays. We use Royal mail airmail first class. I can see from our emails we replied to an email on 23rd April asking for you to wait a little longer and if it had not turned up to email us back and we would resend it. As we had not heard back from you we assume the order had arrived. I will email you directly to see if it has now turned up. Regards Julie

“This manual is probably fine for someone who has experience of using smart phones however to a first time beginner to whom the instruction to swipe up sends them reaching for a handkerchief then this manual might well have been written in swahili.”
