“I e-mailed this Company and explained exactly the Smart Phone I had, as so many different ones about. This Company quickly and correctly identified exactly the instruction / user manual I needed. I ordered 7:00 a.m., by the afternoon it was printed and posted to me, received via Royal Mail the next working day. Have used this Company for other manuals for all sorts of electric items. Much easier to look at a hard copy of a manual than an on line one. Very happy with this Company, recommend them 100%. Used padded envelope to avoid damage to manual”

“The overall production of the manual is good, but the print size is too small for my normal reading purposes. I need to return this manual, as previously discussed with one of your customer service representatives, named Linda. I need this manual printed in A4 format, with the font size of over 10.00 points.
