“I received the Manual on time and in excellent condition. I have since been using it and have leared a lot. Usually I find out via the webbsite but I can now consult the Manual. The only thing I found was that it did'nt include Whatsapp instructions and guidance,but no real problem, I can still consult a website for any advice there. Many thanks for an excellent manual. “Hello Jeff The presentation of the Smartphone-Manual could be so much improved if it was printed in a larger Font (Print)) to benifit oder peaple like me (I'm 90 ) Speaking personaly I would have been preapared to pay a modest increase in purchase price for larger AAprint In fact I did send you an email after I had placed my order and asked you if I could receive my manual in a large print format but you failed to reply to my email So I can live with the manual you have suppliedbut it has influenced the level of my marking to acceptableas opposed to very good. “I hate reading manuals from the web and having had two Camera Printed Manuals from OTC these last few year I decided to get their Samsung Moble Manaual for the new mobile I had just purchased. My late husband also purchased a manual from OTC when he got his IPad and foundit such a help. I have started reading the Smartphone-Manual.com and already finding it a help and would recommend them to others who like to have them at hand.”

“Truthfully, I have not yet had the opportunity to go through the entire manual (Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra smartphone). I have had the phone for less than two weeks and sometimes life get in the way....but the manual is 200+ pages, well written and I know this from experience as I have ordered camera manuals from this company and was pleased with their product!”
