“I was kept upto date with my order,and dispatch date.It arrived by post and was safely packaged. Easy to follow instrutions.on inspection of manual some of the symbols were light and small.overall I am happy”

“This is my first experience of a smartphone& I need a basic instruction of how to use it and which buttons to press to 1] get a number and ring , &2)how to send a message, switch off etc---- none of which did I get from your manual ----basically rather a waste of money! Consequently; I am well and truly muddling through, don't know how many messages I've missed because I couldn't access them'”

Hello I have taken a look at your order and you have ordered a manual for a Samsung phone. We are a separate company to all the manufacturers and we simply download the manual they make available for your phone.

“This pricey manual is small, and the print is so small that it's difficult to read even with a magnifying glass. Even worse, much of the print is LIGHT GRAY on a WHITE background, which is terrible for reading.”
