“Print was too small and not dark enough. The online manual had colour highlights and this manual did not. I feel that I have wasted my money.”

Hello The manual we sent is the manual that Motorola make available on their website for your phone. If you are not happy with the manual then please return with a covering letter for a refund.

“The manual is very hard to read. For me I would have preferred it written on A4 paper. I would be happy to pay extra for a manual that was easier to read. In it's present form I can only rate it as a '4'”

“Most icon's were difficult to recognise & e.g Emails section no need for Gmail simply tap pencil in Email & send section appears to start the ball rolling. This was shown to me at Tesco mobile dept.”

“The service on my order is the worst I have had!! I ordered the manual on March 12th and as of today, I don't know where it is AND it can't be tracked. I would like to cancel and get a refund, but doubt such a company would permit that. It is extremely disappointing, to say the least.
