The phone arrived and its condition was great, there was good communication during the delivery process was great. However the after sales service has let things down. My phone is not able to connect to the network making it unusable outside my home. All communications are subject to up to 48 hours to respond. I had a call to ask for this to be sorted out ASAP, no apology for the issue or any sense of urgency and here I am days later still waiting for it to be resolved one way or the other. It's all very well saying you provide an 18 month guarantee, but if when things go wrong it takes days to resolve then that is not great.

Had originally given this company a 5 star review but iv had to do another and remove 2 stars reasons when I ordered my phone b4 christmas the wrong colour was sent I didn't mind too much because the phone was in brilliant condition it hadn't been factory reset I had to do that myself on contacting the company they said they where sorry if I was happy to keep they would refund me £10 which they never even after emailing on more than one occasion telling them I hadn't got it then asking me threw email to do a review for some air pods which guess what I never got either still sending emails offering other free gifts for reviews think it's a con to gain good reviews if I had recieved the things this company said I would I would of bought from them again but saying as nothing they said I was going to get came this is showing me the company isn't true to their word so will by pass in future going on some other reviews I think I got lucky with phone I got

It was an okay experience. I deducted two stars because delivery took longer than was promised and we received a blue iPhone instead of a black iPhone.

Complete lack of communication from the company, their phone number sent out on emails is for “world pay” None of this instills confidence in them at all. It’s a shame as the phone I received was very good !! Bought 13 promax in excellent condition, it really was, a few more light marks on the screen than expected and only 83percent battery life, but all genuine phone that’s never been opened or repaired so overall I am very happy with the phone! A few tweaks and I would definitely use all the time!

A mixed review, was able to get a pristine condition XR phone at an excellent price, and for that thanks but.. The contract I read said delivery up to the 13th Jan', it never arrived on my wife's birthday the 12th, so was obviously disappointed. Waited to the 14th and rang customer services, gave them the exact customer number you sent to my phone, you could not trace it. Repeated what was on phone, it turned out you sent slightly wrong number, that was concerning. Then you call center stated problems with delivery, and likely receive it the following week, totally unsatisfactory! It actually arrived Fri'! Curtailing the element of surprise. Because of aforementioned, hence 3 stars!

My phone was delayed, two and a half weeks later my phone arrived, communication was okay but, the ear buds as compensation for the delay didn't arrive. I paid for a pristine condition phone and I would not rate it as more than good, the screen is quite scratched, I am still waiting for a response.

Overall, everything is fine. I deducted one star because the item is not in mint condition and has some minor scuffs around the rim. I also deducted another star because the delivery time was not as stated on the website; it took approximately a week to arrive.

I ordered a phone on 28th Dec expecting the next day delivery as it states on the website. It didn't arrive until 9th Jan. Not a huge wait but I didn't have an email to explain. I asked for an update and got a basic reply that they had extended their delivery times. Ok, so then I waited, messaged again after a while to be told they were having some issues. I asked for a refund and the same day I had a message to say the phone had been posted. The phone is good quality and I have no issues with it but the customer service leaves a bit to be desired.

I thought I was getting next day delivery but actually it was about one week.The phone was received in excellent condition( what was ordered).Imhad a question about the colour of the phone and the customer sales man I spoke to was very helpful.So far so good !

Good quality product. Delivered just in time. Unfortunately I ordered a gold phone and received a blue?! Requested the correct colour but offered a small refund or exchange, I received neither!

Initially had an awful experience where no communication about delays of delivery was made. After several contacts and correspondence the team was able to reassure me of my delivery. I was nervous at some point of being scammed but they proved themselves right. My product came in tact and was okay in the end. I would urge the team to be transparent with delays and communicate effectively. Thanks

Took weeks to arrive; box and correct cable did not arrive at all. 48 hours delay inbetween every email response was painful trying to have a conversation to resolve. Phone chasis was in good condition though.

The iPhone 16 Pro is in nearly new condition as advertised, communication was good and this combination would have elicited 5 stars but the fact that it took 5 weeks to delivery the phone has knocked it down to 3 stars.
