Original phone purchased stopped working within a couple of weeks. I returned the phone (which had completely died) and received confusing emails about not having deleted personal data (which I couldn’t because the phone had died). I then waited 2 months before any kind of response or solution. Trying to get hold of anyone was very difficult. Auto email responses promise a response within 2-working days. I did not receive a response for over one month. I thought you might be a scam company. I read further reviews for people online who also experienced poor service. During this time my mother was without a phone (I had purchased the phone for her as her old one was broken). I’m her 70s she was non contactable during the time of waiting for the replacement phone. Thankfully it’s resolved now but took far too long.

The handset is absolutely fine. The delivery time was 9 working days(11 days from ordering) I was under the impression from the website I would see the phone in 2-3 days.

This is going to be a mixed review. My phone arrived fine with no issues but there were multiple issues with my wife's phone. Firstly it arrived much much later then mib=ne, even though hers was ordered first and it can in the wrong colour. She arranged for it to be returned to be exchanged for the right colour but didn't get any confirmation that it had been received. After calling well after she was told the exchange would be issued she was told than she had been refunded the money! No email notification, so we could still be waiting now if we hadn't chased it up. Then we had multiple attempts to try and get the right phone ordered but was told it was out of stock (even though it was still on the website) so we went elsewhere! This experience has really put us off using Smart Cellular again.

Received an iphone in pretty bad conditions despite buying an "excellent condition" phone, plenty of visible dents on the phone. Very disappointing.

Hi I ordered on the 24th December as I read the company had next day delivery - I appreciate it was Xmas so didnt expect literally next day delivery but had allowed for the Xmas holidays and weekend. When my phone didn’t arrive in time (I was leaving for an extended trip) i the tried to cancel the phone order - I was told in an email that refund would be issued but if the phone had been sent I would have to return it. I then was told in a second email which was recieved after the refund email that the phone had been sent. Now I didn’t know if I was getting a phone or a refund? My phone arrived 16th January 23 days after I ordered. As I had left home I didn’t need the phone anymore but didn’t know if I the refund was still being processed. I was also promised ear pods as an apology (I had been in contact with various people who were no help and my emails mostly just generated automatic email replys. The ear pods I was promised weren’t in the package. I usually use ioutlet for my phones and iPads and only used this company because of the net day delivery. . I don’t know what the quality of the phone is like as I am still not home to check. (My parents opened the parcel to check if the ear pods were there or not) overall Iwas very disappointed with the service and the confusing communication system. And also th lack of the ear pods so that is why I am doing this review.

Unfortunately the iphone16 refurb had a fault where the download speed was poor. However, the price was competitive & arrived on time & the return process was quick & efficient.

placed an order the 21st of January did not receive it until the 8th of February was told on several occasions that it had been dispatched when it had not plus ordered it in green and given a purple one but could not be bothered to return it after waiting two and a half weeks for the original phone only plus side was the price very poor delivery time.

Bought a “pristine phone” Battery health is 87% and camera has slight scuff marks around the edges. Not pristine at all but after having to wait a week for delivery I had no option but to keep it as I needed a phone asap. I replied via email to address this and heard nothing back. Unfortunately won’t be using this company again.

They have redefined the meaning of pristine to mean not pristine. One of the cameras is scuffed and battery health is at 80%. This is not what pristine means. Here is the definition of pristine. “adjective 1. in its original condition; unspoilt. 2. clean and fresh as if new; spotless.”

So this is a mixed review, hence 3 stars. I have purchased 3 phones from Smart Celuar over the last month for myself and my children, and have had very different experiences. The first phone I ordered came slightly later than stated, but only by a couple of days. We bought an as new phone and there was only one small dent in the metal casing which is covered by the phone case. Overall very happy with this purchase. My phone, which took much longer to arrive although it was ordered over the Christmas period, has come in excellent condition but I have not been sent the colour I ordered. Not too bad communication to begin with via email regarding sending it back for a replacement, but as soon as I asked for them to pay the return postage costs as the error is theirs, I have stopped receiving replies. I will wait for 48 hours and then will be contacting trading standards. The third phone is yet to be received, but I will be leaving a review once it arrives. It has again taken longer to be posted than stated, but I expected this with the current weather conditions. I would very much appreciate it if someone could send me a postage label to send the phone I received back for an exchange, so I can leave a further positive review.

iPhone arrived, in great condition. Although it didn’t take 3-5days to arrive, it took 3 weeks. After speaking with someone on the live chat they said it was due to arrive a week earlier. When it didn’t, I did worry I’d been scammed. But second time on the live chat, I expressed my concerns and they sent it enhanced delivery and it arrived 2 days later. The live chat was not a quick service, I was on there for over a hour, perhaps calling would have been better? Better communication would have saved some stress.

I brought a 12 pro but needed a pro max at the beginning of December . I got in touch and they cancelled the order and asked for the model I now wanted. I’ve heard nothing back. Whenever I get in touch it’s like I’ve never phoned before. Then after a lot of stress they send the original phone. Middle of December and not sorted.

Took 2 weeks to arrive when website said order now for next day delivery and then Email confirmed 3-5 business days Product in my opinion is not in excellent condition but good condition, would have sent back but due to being without a mobile phone for 2 weeks needed a phone. This is the second phone ordered by my family and I wouldn’t not order from yourselves again unfortunately.

I ordered an iphone advertised at ‘pristine’ condition but it turned out it had a large scratch at the front top corner which was very visible. A pristine phone should look like its brand new. I complained via email to customer services and asked for the iphone to be downgraded to ‘excellent’ condition rather than ‘pristine’ and be given a partial refund. I deemed this to be fair for the state of the phone. I was ignored despite multiple emails for over a month. As a customer I do not appreciate being ignored. I decided to leave two stars for this experience instead of one because there are no issues with the phone function, simply the appearance.

Initially I was very happy with the updates on my order but then I started being told that my order would be despatch by the end of next week. This came and went several times, and then no feedback or response to any of my emails…just ignored. This made me very worried that I wouldn’t received my daughter’s Christmas present. I rang and left voicemails but still no update. I was that worried that I thought I may have been scammed and contacted my credit card company to start proceedings. Only when I emailed/left a voicemail informing them of what I had had to do was I told that my ordered had actually been despatched! It then turned up by the end of that day on a recorded service with Royal Mail! Too worrying for me to ever consider buying from them again.

Ordered a phone which said delivery 3-5 days however on website it was saying Order now for quick delivery: finally received phone 2 weeks later after chasing and chasing. When phone arrived it was not what I would call excellent condition but good condition. Will be keeping as needed a phone and have been without one for 2 weeks. This is my family’s second purchase from your company and the phone that I brought which was good condition was in better condition than this one.
