“I previously gave quite a positive review but since the delivery of the phone of which was fine
But since then any chance of contacting them is a waste of time I’ve sent 3 emails and messages not one single reply
I received an email saying don’t forget to claim your free EarPods well I have tried but to no avail not one response
So how one would communicate to get any warranty work I doubt if you will ever get a response
So they advertise 18 months warranty but if they don’t answer your guarantee is useless
So my opinion is leave these people alone as communication is impossible

“Terrible service, slow payment and changed the price agreed.
We agreed a price for a brand new, unopened device. Upon receipt, Smart Cellular contacted to say they would only pay 15% lower than the agreed price, but wouldn't tell me why. After some back and forth I settled on around 10% lower. It was a brand new and unopened device so it couldn't have been a condition issue.
Anyway, then it took around two weeks to get paid. I chased multiple times and was given excuse after excuse. Promises of payments and calls that never arrived. I would save yourself some time and use a more established service in the future.”

In your case we were unable to verify the legitimacy of your purchase, this is why we had to lower down the amount we can offer for your device, as buying such a device comes with risk for the consumer and the business, and therefore we need to get an insurance to protect ourselves.
