“I returned my phone because there was an issue with setting it up.
Despite it being received back to Smart Cellular 15 days ago (as of today) I haven’t had a refund yet.
I have messages and emailed them countless times with no response.
I hate leaving poor reviews for companies but unfortunately I feel I have no option on this occasion.”
