“Wrong phone, waiting months for refund.
I purchased a phone in October. It came 1 week late. They sent the wrong phone. I posted it back using recorded delivery. They received it. They have still not refunded me almost 2 months later. Now they are ignoring emails. I am reporting them to trading standards. Please save yourself the headache.”
“Was sent the wrong item, so I emailed them and a few days later was offered £10 to keep it so I responded by email, a week later, heard nothing so emailed again and received an auto response stating that the mailbox was full.
The same day received an email asking for feedback.
Pity you can’t leave 0 stars AND still not received the £10 and I was also going to buy an Apple Watch ⌚️ from them but have bought that elsewhere now.”

I am writing to request an urgent update regarding my phone replacement or refund. It has now been two weeks since I initiated my request, and the only communication I have received was an automated reply stating I would receive the phone before the weekend. Unfortunately, that has not happened.
I am moving abroad in a few days and currently have no phone, which is causing significant stress. Without a phone, I cannot capture memories with loved ones or ensure I have a functional device for my travels.
Could you please provide an update as soon as possible regarding the status of my phone or a refund? The lack of communication and delay is extremely disappointing and not reflective of the level of service I expected.
I would greatly appreciate your urgent attention to this matter.

“Phone delivery was delayed so instead of me chasing for my order, it would've been more appreciated if customer service had let me know of the delay after the initial 5 days had passed. Nonetheless, my daughter is happy and so far no complaints.”
“Do not use this company. Ordered a phone in 'excellent' condition. They took 14 days to send the phone out and 16 days in total for it to arrive. When it did arrive the screen was in a terrible state with scratches so deep you could feel. I always purchase pre used phones and I have never had one in this state before. I Will never use this company again!!!”
“Where do I start with the lies, unprofessionalism and incompetence.
1. Next day delivery promised (and still being promised for delivery Christmas Day apparently). This did not happen.
2. Tracking number provided over a week later and email confirming phone had been posted. This was a lie which they later admitted to in an email.
3. Refused to answer why they had lied and kept being told to “have faith and trust it would arrive before Christmas”
4. Phone arrived last night. It was missing the charger, the sim pin, the apple box id paid extra for, oh and was not pristine. Marks and chips down all 4 sides.
They offered to post a new box and charger out which won’t come before Christmas and said I can buy my own charger and get a refund if I provide a receipt and sales approve it.
I now have a phone that doesn’t meet the description of what I was sold, missing items, evidence of failure to deal with a customer complaint correctly and as a lawyer will be taking this matter further.
Do not use this company!!!!!!”

Avoid this scam company at all costs
I don't really know where to begin with how smart cellular are so awful, and borderline fraudulent operations have affected our experience with them, my partner ordered a Samsung s23 ultra over a month ago and this phone still hasn't arrived not only that the refund they have said is agreed has also not happened, this phone was purchased on the basis of a 48 hour delivery time after a week still no phone, there were false promises and lies from whoever she delt with of online chat, because that is the only was you can have contact with someone, who I think also all use false names and they seem to use a tactic that they tell you what you want to hear and actually do nothing, and all you do is chase them,
After she was having so much trouble I got involved, I was dealing with Claire if that's her real name, who eventually agreed a refund of the phone, however that process has been just as frustrating full of blatant lies once again because two weeks later there is still no refund, our only option now is to post the truth on how this company operates in such a fraudulent manner on every platform we can think of until this matter reaches it's conclusion of course if they were to actually refund the phone before we contact the relevant authorities I will happily delete my reviews if this awful experience is delt with”
“Once product was received we was very happy with phone. I must add though from point of order to delivery was delayed it took over a week longer than expected or intimated. At one point i was told it was on its way then days later informed there was a delay. I would have given 5 stars if customer service and communication was better.”
“Appalling, don’t buy from these guys, they took the money, offered 3-5 days delivery, 10 days later nothing, completely missed Christmas, lied on every email about delivery, 15 days later still nothing and no reply’s to emails! Don’t buy from them, I think they are importing from the Far East at low cost and making customers wait for weeks and weeks for a product they have paid for.”
“Ordered on the 9th December, still haven't received my order even although it was dispatched on the 13th. Supposed to be delivered last week, nothing. Customer service is an absolute joke, emailed, called and contacted on social media without reply. Then left a review on trustpilot where I got a reply from them saying to email or call. Which I have done hundreds of times.
