“Ordered 2 iPhones in pristine condition. First arrived scratched and was advised to return for refund or exchange, I opted for exchange. Has been returned but I have yet to receive the replacement and no responses to emails chasing. However the second phone arrived in perfect condition.”

“This is an outstanding company to deal with, really first class. Delivery was not as fast as some others, a couple of weeks, but the quality of the phone I received was stunning, I was expecting some light marks from "careful usage" but the phone that arrived was absolutely pristine, I could not find a single mark on it. Because of the delivery time I was in the process of cancelling the order and getting a refund, which was offered, but when I saw it there was no way I was sending it back, thanks for a great deal.”
