I received my phone yesterday it looked in pristine condition I have only used it for a day so far but all seams well I ordered a graphite colour but asked if I would take it in gold so that I would get it quicker I was happy to do this and the gold looks lovely so far I am happy with my purchase thanks

Terrible experiance using this company, used them twice and both times they got the order wrong badly, wrong sized memory on phone and wrong colours and one is locked when i ordered an unlocked phone, both times the delivery was over weeks late with no offer of compensation for inconvienance or even any useful update information offered just endless back and forthing before the phones arrived and both occasions the order was completly wrong bar the model of phone Will be unlocking the locked phone at my own convienance instead of even attempting to navigate the returns ordeal all over again Will be seeking a phone elsewhere in the future i reckon

Ordered an apple iPhone 12 in blue two days later got a phone call to say it was ready only not the colour I wanted,but blue one was ready in couple of days time.it was actually 5days later that phone came but it was worth the wait beautiful condition no chips or scratches really pleased with phone

Ordered two phones from one was perfect unfortunately the other not so great compared to the other. However it’s still in good condition as per the description and option I chose.the phone didn’t want to charge but on inspection I found the charger port was full of dust and dirt from the previous owner!after i cleaned it it work perfectly fine

I ordered a Google Pixel 5, when I didn't get a delivery notice and contacted SC, they apologised and offered me a more expensive Pristine Pixel 6 instead on a next day delivery. It arrived next day and is in perfect condition.

We ordered a mobile phone as a Christmas present on the 15th December. By 22nd December it became evident It was not despatched yet as it was a Christmas present we contacted the company and asked to cancel the order and have a refund… Despite numerous contacts with them the phone was despatched on the 12th Jan we declined delivery as we had stated our wish to cancel and have a refund. Despite the phone being returned to the company on the 18th January we still don’t have our money back! Numerous attempts to make contact via phone is impossible and emails are not being replied to or the issue addressed. PLEASE refund our money asap. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY - appalling customer service!!!!!

Wsas looking to replace an old iphone 7 that was a nieces favourite and stopped working, plenty of research led me to smart cellular and the 18 month guarantee swung it. The phone arrived well packaged and to be fair looked brand new. ive passed the phone on and havent received any complaints so all must be good. overall happy with the service and the product.

Ordered a handset and provided full payment. I then waited for delivery. Nothing happened after 4 days, so I reached out to them via email to discover there would be a "slight delay" to the order. After a week I requested they complete delivery or provide a refund. Neither happened but I did get a reply stating imminent delivery. Nothing happened so I attempted to call multiple times but nobody answered any calls and I was given the choice to leave a message or email "sales". The feedback was so sparse that I started to fear a scam was taking place, therefore I sent a strong email containing threats of further action. Only after this did I get notified of shipment. The phone was delivered the following day but the colour was not as per order. After a further email, I was offered a small partial refund or I could return the phone for exchange or full refund. I opted for the partial refund. I guess you could say that I got there in the end More positively the phone supplied is in perfect working order and condition, with only the colour being not as expected The company could dramatically improve by changing in small ways...provide a usable method of contacting them by phone, call back in a timely manner upon leaving a voicemail requesting this, provide upfront information on delays to deliver orders AND provide a viable reason and at the very least, provide honest answers to enquiries. An example would be instead of stating "there will be a slight delay to your order" provide realistic info such as "there has been a mix up and the phone you ordered is not available, however we have one of a different colour for you to consider" (this is just an example and may not represent the true reason for my delay). I am sure this could be an good company with these minor changes to customer relations

You sold me a phone locked with a PIN from the previous owner. You refuse to answer emails and you have no working phone or chat line. You keep sending me the locked phone and I keep returning it. You are at fault. I want my money back.
