£634 has been stolen off me by this company.
I give no stars, this company does not care about their customers. In fact the customer service they pride themselves on is non existent.
They either ignore me or lie to me.
I imagine the majority of positive reviews are fake. I’m sure there are many more like me that have been robbed by this company.”

“Absolutely shocking they are scam artists told id have payment for my phone in 15minutes still waiting 2 hours later avoid at all costs and as for their customer service member Frankie her attitude is shocking wouldn’t know good customer service if it hit her in the face.”

“BEWARE!!!
I would say it’s a scam - price given and phone (stupidly) sent in by me. Tracked and it’s been delivered but heard nothing from them. No response to email, phone put down on me.
Checked online account and price quoted there is nearly £200 less than offered but still can’t do anything as no contact.
BEWARE - SCAM COMPANY”

“The phone took a while to arrive, so don't expect a next day delivery. Order early and you won't be disappointed. However I still haven't received the original box that I ordered with the phone. I ordered on the 3rd of December for a Christmas present. Not a massive issue as I just purchased another box from a different seller, in time for Christmas. But I'm having issues getting a refund for the box I ordered with the phone. May be worth considering getting a box from another seller if you want it quickly.”
