“Initially I was very happy with the updates on my order but then I started being told that my order would be despatch by the end of next week. This came and went several times, and then no feedback or response to any of my emails…just ignored. This made me very worried that I wouldn’t received my daughter’s Christmas present. I rang and left voicemails but still no update. I was that worried that I thought I may have been scammed and contacted my credit card company to start proceedings. Only when I emailed/left a voicemail informing them of what I had had to do was I told that my ordered had actually been despatched! It then turned up by the end of that day on a recorded service with Royal Mail!
Too worrying for me to ever consider buying from them again.”

“Ordered a phone which said delivery 3-5 days however on website it was saying Order now for quick delivery: finally received phone 2 weeks later after chasing and chasing. When phone arrived it was not what I would call excellent condition but good condition. Will be keeping as needed a phone and have been without one for 2 weeks. This is my family’s second purchase from your company and the phone that I brought which was good condition was in better condition than this one.”

“Quick delivery and good prices, however I ordered an excellent condition and received a phone in good condition but not excellent. Screen is scratched all over as are the top corners. Looks like it’s never seen a case or screen protector.
That being said the price is good and competitive with it’s warranty”

“Absolutely terrible service. Ordered phone over two weeks ago for daughter for Christmas. Her only present and still not arrived. Was advised delivery in 3 to 5 days. They barely answer phone, when then do they tell you it is being dispatched and will receive Royal Mail notification and never do. They do not send email confirmations. They are also very rude on the phone. Very stressful and would never use again. Would not recommend them. Still not received phone.”
