“absolutely terrible customer service, delivery date was 2 days from when i bought it i waited 3 weeks for the phone the communication was terrible when the phone arrived it was the complete wrong colour it seems that they don’t have all phones in stock so when i was threatening to cancel my order after waiting so long they just sent anything to keep me happy”

“This is my purchase of a refurbished phone. I ordered pristine and it truly is just that. I rang them a few times (wrong letter on email my error,) finally emailed, Tom couldn’t have been more helpful. My only negative is that it is very difficult to get to chat to a person by phone, but they are quick to respond to emails. Delivery was as promised, can’t comment on returns or refund as I don’t want one.”

“Amazing phone and service. I bought the phone as fair condition but honestly it looked so clean not a single mark (not that I can see anyway). The delivery was amazing and I got a charger I forgot I was receiving. Deffo will use again thanks!”
