“I bought the phone for a present and arrived in just over a week, communication was good, smart cellular email me several times to keep me inform of the process. The phone looks great, in good condition with practically no visible scratches and with a full battery. My only issue, if I am totally honest, is the lack of an original box, protective soft bag or screen film, it comes in a cardboard box and that's it. Don't get me wrong I still think is a very good deal and the service so far has been great, but a little more thought put into the packaging would have been nice, if it wasn't for that, I would have given it 5 stars.”

“Smart cellular sent me the wrong colour phone. I asked them to send me the correct phone and they said I could send the phone back for an exchange or refund and I had to do this within 14 days of receipt be eligible for this. They also offered £10 refund for me to keep the phone. I was disappointed as I really wanted the blue phone I had ordered, but was away from home so wasn’t confident I could get the phone back to them within the 14 days. I was worried I would end up with no phone and no refund. I asked for a bigger refund as I didn’t think £10 was enough for receiving a phone of a different colour. They said no and so I took the £10 to keep the phone. They were normally quick to respond to my emails which was good. I did feel disappointed that even though it was their mistake I still had to return the phone within 14 days to be eligible for an exchange or refund. I ended up with an ok product for a good price, but it wasn’t exactly what I wanted or had ordered.”
