We placed an order and were assured that delivery would be end of March 2024.
After numerous emails - with only a generic response and no follow up, numerous phone calls full of platitudes - we are still waiting for our refund.
I have spoken to both 'Frankie' and 'Rachael' who are very reassuring on the phone - but don't put anything in writing, that we are getting a full refund (the latest was by 1st July 2024 - still waiting).
