“Ordered 6th december 2 samsung galaxy 20fe.. was told 3 days delivery. Arrived on 21st and only 1!!!! Tried to get through to customer service and noone will tell me what happening needed these for twins for Xmas so either I don't give them the only present they have because I only have 1 or I'm going to have 1 heartbroken boy on Christmas day. Asked for a refund on 1 phone so I can go into town to buy the other one one and no response.... not great for a first time use!!!!”

“I ordered a phone on 6th December. I have had two emails telling me that it has been dispatched. Saturday 23rd and no response and no phone. The questions that I am left with are: is this outfit a legit trader? Will I ever see a phone or my money back? My advice: go to a tried and tested retailer and not avoid this one. “Sent 2 phones in early December. Came back with valuations less than half that indicated on the website. After negotiation, agreed a price that was nearly double their first offer, but still less than the initial price. This should have been paid on 15th December. It is now Dec 22nd and they still have both phones and no payment has been made. Customer service phone is always engaged. Not responding to my emails either. I would not recommend using this company.”
