“DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO USE THIS COMPANY, HOWEVER REASONABLE THE PRICES MAY APPEAR...... If I could leave zero stars, it would be too generous. This company will advertise items that they do not have in stock and will require you to continually chase them for updates. Unfortunately, I should have seen the writing on the wall after more than five days' waiting but I continued to wait and had to pull the plug after the phone still did not appear after more than three weeks' with minimal input from their 'customer service' team. They now tell me that I need to wait ten days for a refund so have been reported as scammers. GO ANYWHERE ELSE, there are plenty of reputable companies out there that have respect for their customers. They most certainly are guilty of mis-selling and I would suggest that the name 'DUMB CELLULAR' would be far more appropriate. Disgusting company with truly pathetic customer service assistants.”

“After looking around at various sellers of refurbished iPhones, I decided on Smart Cellular as they were offering good prices in iPhone 15.
Delighted that the phone arrived within a few days, and tracking allowed me to be in when it arrived.
Slight problem as they had sent me a lightning cable instead of a usb c one. However they immediately sent me the correct one and it arrived the next day.
