“Chose SC as web site made an offer of £210, for my iPhone 11, in excellent condition- which it was , having been in a protective case, with screen protector the whole time I owned it.
On receipt of my phone, offer reduced to £130, stating handset was not as described, and sent pictures of a damaged phone, which clearly wasn’t the one I had sent!
Now want me to pay for my phone to be returned, despite web site stating free return if not happy with price offered.
Avoid this company at all costs!!”

“Absolutely shocking Customer service! I have been trying to contact you via phone and email for the last week regarding a faulty handset & have STILL heard nothing from you. Your phone number goes to voicemail 'no one available to take my call' (regardless of what day or time of day I call), your webchat operatives tell me to email and my emails are met with 'sorry you're experiencing a delay with your delivery' (which tells me you're not even reading my email)?
