I received INCREDIBLY rude customer service; she told me that what I had been told by an online chat about the timing of returns (that I was in time) was irrelevant: and also the advice that she herself had given me a few days before this call (“I’ll arrange a refund for you”) was also irrelevant :”you signed up to our terms and conditions”.

I phoned an emailed multiple times over the course of the following 6 weeks, each time being told they had emailed the returns department but had not received a reply.

Under Returns & Refunds section on their website they state 'We offer a 30-day money-back policy on all our products'.

Original order incorrectly shipped. Delays in receiving correct model. Still waiting for refund on returns postage.

One issue you could let slip, 3 and then play games and I loose money! Total clown show, I’d be amazed if anyone ever gets the grade/colour/spec phone they purchased, case in point my return photo from RM showed countless & I mean countless returns, save, time, saintly & money, any company but these jokers or should I say scammers as that’s what they are.

Phone was described as ‘Excellent’ when it arrived it had numerous marks on it. Took a number of emails before I received my refund 11 days later. Still haven’t received my postage returns cost yet.

The wrong phone was despatched (mistakes happen) Smart Cellular offered to replace, providing me with a pre-paid returns label. I was unable to be without a phone so accepted a part refund, being the difference between what I had paid and the value of the phone I received. This all took a while but, in the end a fair result. z the phone (iphone 12)? is working well.

Terrible experiance using this company, used them twice and both times they got the order wrong badly, wrong sized memory on phone and wrong colours and one is locked when i ordered an unlocked phone, both times the delivery was over weeks late with no offer of compensation for inconvienance or even any useful update information offered just endless back and forthing before the phones arrived and both occasions the order was completly wrong bar the model of phone Will be unlocking the locked phone at my own convienance instead of even attempting to navigate the returns ordeal all over again Will be seeking a phone elsewhere in the future i reckon
