“ Absolutely appalling, I ordered my phone last Friday, 7th March, with an expected delivery date of Tuesday and Wednesday this week. I took time off and waited for delivery, which did not arrive. I called customer service and was informed that my order would be with me by Friday. I have emailed and had no confirmation and no one has got back to me. I have called again this morning to be told that it hasn't been despatched yet, but she can escalate it and it could arrive tomorrow. Multiple times I was told that I could request a refund, but all I want is my phone that was paid for in full on 7th March ”
