Just use BackMarket.com instead. I waited over a week for what turned out to be a faulty handset here, now I’ve waited over 6 weeks for a refund. Talking to customer service is like banging your head against the wall 🤣

Absolutely appalling, I ordered my phone last Friday, 7th March, with an expected delivery date of Tuesday and Wednesday this week. I took time off and waited for delivery, which did not arrive. I called customer service and was informed that my order would be with me by Friday. I have emailed and had no confirmation and no one has got back to me. I have called again this morning to be told that it hasn't been despatched yet, but she can escalate it and it could arrive tomorrow. Multiple times I was told that I could request a refund, but all I want is my phone that was paid for in full on 7th March

Even though I cancelled my order and was told that no phone would be dispatched and I would receive a refund, but a phone was sent over a week after me cancelling my order.

Moreover, the company's response to complaints like this is always (check their responses) a hollow "thanks for your valuable feedback, we're committed to improving, please get in touch if there's anything else we can help with" - but never an offer of refund, compensation or restitution.

Poor quality product the phone didn’t last more than 4 months wouldn’t refund they do not answer emails I was sent out another phone out of the blue I was sent another phone after 3 weeks of having back my original phone I had to purchase a new phone do not buy from this site absolutely awful stay away

Purchased an ‘excellent’ condition iPhone 15. Arrived with 2 deep scratches on front of phone. Returned and had to wait over 2 weeks before refund was processed!!!

One star is generous!!! No one works there it seems? Phone never answered, emails not answered. Good sold a fault phone which took nearly two weeks to arrive. Then all my messages got ignored about retuning the phone. Also phone calls not answered. I only got my refund because of PayPal and even that they tried to wriggle out of. Worst company ever
