I am deeply disappointed with awful customer service - I have been waiting for a delivery which was promised to be ‘end of the week’ numerous times I then tried cancelling the order 3 times and was promised a refund and then you had the cheek to send me the phone ! I had already bought one from another supplier!

Literally had the exact same experience as M*** has posted 37 minutes before me!!! Been waiting 3 weeks for a phone to be delivered (I’ve received 3 emails saying it’s been dispatched and will be with me by the weekend through the 3 weeks)…These were all lies!!! I’ve requested a refund on Monday and today, 2 days later, I receive ANOTHER email saying the phone has been dispatched and will be delivered by Royal Mail…I put in the tracking number and it’s a UPS number…The package isn’t with them and it isn’t with Royal Mail either…Yet again another lie!!! They’re avoiding giving my money back and sending out fake emails to keep stringing people along! Worst phone company ever!!! Lying to customers!!! DO NOT BUY FROM OR SELL TO THEM!!!

Good quality product. Delivered just in time. Unfortunately I ordered a gold phone and received a blue?! Requested the correct colour but offered a small refund or exchange, I received neither!

Absolutely shocking experience. Mobile was supposed to be in pristine condition. Scratches and scrapes all over phone. Took weeks to get a refund. Still waiting for my postage refund. Customer service very poor.

As of Jan 7th 2025, still no 2nd device and after eventually getting through to the rude customer service on the phone, apparently we should be getting a refund for this device (we will see!) We have no explanation as to why we've not received the device, but my best guess is that they are selling devices they do not have in stock and are hoping you will just wait until they have stock.

Order was only delivered on the 12th working day after order date, and only dispatched on the same day as the order was cancelled, meaning it had to be returned at my on cost before a refund was eventually received
