“Used the warranty as there was green lines appeared on screen, it took over 60 days, many emails, many calls to be fobbed of with excuses and promises of replacement and or refund, took a lawyers letter for them to get finger out and replace my handset, would seriously think about purchasing from this company”

“Ordered a 'pristine' iPhone 11 as a gift and was pleasantly suprised that it came in an Apple box (not the original box).
This looked as good as a new one, but at a far cheaper price combined with an extra £15 discount.
Delivery is slow and did not arrive by the date stated.
With the 18-month warranty, it is always safe buying one from Smart Cellular.”

“I have given a 2 star due to the after sales appaling non existant service! My phone was delivered almost a month ago and whilst I ordered a black one I was sent a white one but the correct model. I tried telephoning but after a long while on hold I was cut off. I emailed them twice and included a photo and full explanation and have not yet received a response after almost a month. Today I received a request to leave feedback so here it is. In my honest opinion the phone is a great phone at a great price but the wrong colour was supplied. The after sales service is as bad as you could get.
I hope others have a better overall experience than I have had.
Maybe I will get a response now and some sort of offer to exchange my phone or at least a partial refund for my trouble. I won't hold my breath though.”

“The phone was defective. The GPS did not work.
I sent it back on 24 Oct. It was received on 26 Oct. I am still waiting for a replacement. When I ask I am not given a date. Simply told that Black Friday is busy. Very unsatisfactory.”

“Ordered phone on the understanding it would arrive 2 days later (date provided on their website). No phone arrived and no communication. When someone finally replied to my messages they said they was a warehouse delay and phone would likely will arrive following week so I decided to cancel and order elsewhere (next day delivery). They made cancellation very difficult and took ages to action refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS”
