I paid for an iPhone 13 in pristine condition and that is exactly what arrived well wrapped and by courier post. I have been using it for some time and am delighted. “Second time of purchasing phones. First purchase was an Iphone and daughter extremely pleased with it. Second one was a Samsung for my son, however the one ordered became unavailable and I got a call offering free upgrade which I gladly agreed. Amazing service and delivery. Thank you.”
“i was sent the wrong model phone in the wrong colour so i paid for a pristine Samsung S9 in lilac but was sent a black samsung s8 which was damaged by this company! i tried ringing but no one answered tried live chat but as soon as i explained the problem this company simply stopped responding to my messages. i have wasted hours trying to get help, all i wanted was the phone i paid for but they couldn't cate less they took my money happily enough but i doubt very much i will ever receive the phone i paid for. i feel i have been robbed because i pretty much have and am reporting this awful company. if you read this I strongly recommend you shop somewhere else before they take your money for nothing too”
“extremely disappointed with the service from this company. Sold my iphone was promised Ā£80.00 was then told it was only worth Ā£5.00. I asked for the phone to be returned. this did not happen and was then offer Ā£30.00 which I accepted. I have chased for 2 weeks for this payment which has not been paid! contact customer service many times with no help whatsoever.

“Very pleased with the reconditioned iphone 13. It was in pristine condition as advertised with battery strength of 88% and all at a very competitive price.
Only reason for four stars rather than five is because the price I was offered for my Galaxy phone was less than I expected as their view of it's condition was lower than my assumption.”

“Ordered i phone 12 excellent condition on 4th June still no receive it keep getting updates apologising saying delays etc.
Early next week etc.
Got tracking number and apparently it's been sent to Royal mail on Monday this week well where is it keep getting fobbed off. I want a refund. I don't want the phone now as it was a phone for my daughter for doing her Sats as we have had a very bad year with being made homeless and myself having Cancer.
Awful service. My mental health and anxiety is through the roof as paid a lot of money.
