“Original phone arrived promptly. However the GPS did not work so I returned it within the 30 days. Communication as to when a replacement would be sent was poor and I sent a 1 star review. Eventually some 17 days after the phone was received I received a replacement which works well.”

It was well packaged and also contained a charger wire and SIM card extractor.
It was in pristine condition and very easy to set up.

“I ordered a phone on Monday and received it by the Friday. The condition was as described unlike other sites and the price was much more reasonable. Don’t expect updates every five min and be patient as it might not be the two working days as stated. I had a couple of queries which were answered in good time.
