“Lies and scams! I sent a 2 year old used phone which is in excellent condition for its age. It’s not unused but it does not look like a 2 year old phone. Their initial offer was 2x what they then offered. They then said they could not even sell the phone as good. The photos they sent back ‘as evidence’ are not even of my phone it’s a different colour! They hook and bait by providing high initial offers and then try bait you once they have the phone. I feel cheated and scammed. I would absolutely not recommend them if you want to do honest business.”
“My daughter bought a phone from you which stopped working within your 30 day period. It was returned to you with a letter asking for a refund. ~`not only do you not reply to emails or phone calls, you continue to advertise a service you cannot provide. I have now advised to take your company to a civil court to reclaim her money and also to achieve compensation for the stress you have caused.”

I purchased a mobile phone on 12th October2024 from this company which I returned for a full refund you have to wait 10 days for a refund under there terms and conditions they say they will expedite this but clearly never happened.
I emailed them to say I will be taking the matter further if I do not receive a refund within the next few days then received an e -mail saying it can take 3 days to transfer the money to your bank account ,still waiting,I would never purchase from this company again and would not recommend anybody else to I told them I would be taking legal action to recover my money and I have had advice from a lawyer.”
“Phone arrived a day later than expected but no big deal. Communications were excellent and product was in perfect condition. Would happily recommend and use again”
“I ordered a apple iphone11 off this mob and was given a 3-5 days delivery. When this didnt materialise I contacted them and was told delivery would be end of following week and when this also failed to happen was told sometime the next following week.
By this time I was fed up & cancelled the order completely and they tried to bribe me with offer of free airpods which I rejected.
Have never used this company before and have no intention of ever using them again!!!!”
“Don't even bother.
Sent a phone in at a trade in price of £454 and received an email requesting proof of ownership and ID. This was all duly provided (an official invoice direct from the manufacturer, Samsung). Received an email back stating that they could only offer £300 as they "must purchase insurance for these devices due to the high risk associated with high-value devices".
This is not mentioned in any terms and conditions and should be factored into their offer for a "high value" device in the first place. With the proof I provided (driving licence, bank statement and the invoice from Samsung), I fail to see anything that could actually be provided to meet any threshold to pay the price quoted on their website.
This "offer" was rejected on 31st October and payment sent to have the device returned by Special Delivery on 3rd November. Despite this, I did not receive the device back until 12th November. I don't even think the phone was removed from the packaging I sent it in!
A complete and utter waste of time and money in Special Delivery costs. Save yourself the hassle and use someone else. My own stupidity for not reading reviews!”
“Would give it 0 stars if i could. Contacted months after giving negative reviews asking me to reach out again with all information. WELL have done and guess what still NO response. As i have mentioned numerous times this company offers you one price and once they have in their grubby hands sends you a much lower amount. Use a much reputable company.”

Don’t dream that you would get real warranty service if the phone has problems.”

“Although my parcel was delayed, it came in excellent condition and has proven to be a very good product. Smart Cellular were helpful with their communications with me so there was minimal stress about the delay.”
